That means it’s time to highlight trending brands and contributions by talented and inspiring women. There are so many amazing women-led businesses to choose from, from skincare to kitchenware. One of Coco’s favorite accessories companies. Coco & Breezy, founded by. Corianna (“Coco”) and Brianna (“Breezy”) Dotson, identical twins of African American and Puerto Rican descent, launched the business in 2009 when they were both 19 years old. Now the company has grown and is sold in top retailers including Bloomingdale’s.
